Srympex’s training program includes Typical training module that would contain content skills, core skills, soft skills, learning beliefs, development perspective, coping ability, group dynamics and demographics. Srympex identifies suitable candidates from various sources including tie up with colleges and put them through our regular stringent short-listing process before they are presented to client, thus ensuring that the candidates who would go through the hiring process are ready for the new challenges.
